Vietnam’s First Steel Pipe Manufacturer

Established in Haiphong City of Northern Vietnam in 1994, Vietnam Steel Pipe is the first joint venture steel pipe manufacturer in Vietnam, created through the collaboration between SeAH and VN Steel, Vietnam’s largest domestic steel company. Vietnam’s Largest Steel Pipe Manufacturer

Located in Dong Nai, Southern Vietnam, SeAH Steel Vina is the biggest steel pipe manufacturer in Vietnam. SeAH Japan is SeAH’s gateway into the Japanese market. Producing Small-sized Steel Tubes in Indonesia

SeAH Precision Metal Indonesia is a company dedicated to the fabrication of home appliance parts. As a subsidiary of SeAH Precision Metal (Thailand), the company procures its small-sized steel tube materials for home appliances from the production base in Thailand, fabricates them to produce refrigerator parts such as skin condensers and wire condensers, and supplies them to the home appliance market in Indonesia. In 2010, SeAH Precision Metal Indonesia was chosen as one of the best partners in skin condensers from its buyer Panasonic Indonesia. In the same year, with the expansion of its Wire Condenser Line, the firm secured a larger buyer base including Toshiba, Mayer Jaya, and Baja Puith.

Building a Foundation for Small-sized Steel Tube Production in India

India SeAH Precision Metal was established in April 2003 under the name Hansung Metal. It was acquired by SeAH FS in October 2011 and renamed India SeAH Precision Metal in April 2012. India SeAH Precision Metal operates factories in Noida near Delhi in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh and in Chennai of the southern state of Tamil Nadu. The firm imports small-sized steel and copper tubes and fabricates them to produce suctions, clusters, hot pipes, and connection pipes that are used as parts in refrigerators and air conditioners. With the key buyer base of Samsung, Carrier, Daikin, and Videocon, the company has been focusing on marketing in the Indian market since the acquisition with a strategy to diversify buyers and products. It also plays an important role as a pioneer in the Indian market for SeAH Group.

Producing Large-Size Steel Pipes in the Arab Emirates

Located in Ras al-Khaymah, UAE, SeAH Steel UAE is a manufacturer of large diameter heavy wall steel pipes. The API steel pipe manufacturing plant, completed in June 2011 with a total investment of USD 64 million, is equipped with fabrication facilities for 3-Roll Bending and Press Bending tubes. The plant has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons for heavy wall large diameter steel pipes with outer diameters up to 120inches and thicknesses of 60mm, which are used mainly for plants or transport line pipes for oil and natural gas. As SeAH actively responds to new demands in the Middle East and Africa markets, where large-scale construction projects are increasing, SeAH Steel UAE has started to solidify its foundation in the global API steel pipe industry.
